Show/Hide

Tools on the View menu for controlling on-screen display

You can use the Show/Hide tool to control how and which elements are displayed on screen. For example, you can choose to exclude individual groups of elements from view in the interests of faster refresh speeds.

To change the on-screen display of elements

1. Click Show/Hide (How).
   

   Activate Show/Hide in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: View

   • Toolbar: Standard

   The Show/Hide dialog box opens.

2. Set the required options.
3. Click OK to confirm.
