In the Open on a project-specific basis: drawing files from fileset/building structure dialog box, Building structure tab, you can create and modify the building structure, assign drawing files to structural levels, and select current, edit and reference drawing files by changing the drawing file status. To open the dialog box, click Open on a Project-Specific Basis on the Default toolbar.

Building structure (left pane in dialog box)
The tree view shows the current building structure with structural levels and drawing files assigned. In this view, you can select the current drawing file and set drawing files to edit or reference mode. For more information, see drawing file status.
Expand selected entries
Expands the view so that all sub-entries of the selected node are displayed.
Collapse All Entries
Hides all sub-entries.
Find
Opens the Find... dialog box you can use to find and replace names or parts of names of drawing files, filesets and structural levels.
Update
Updates the filesets and drawing files or the building structure displayed (for example, after the building structure has been modified by another user).
Floor Manager
Opens the Floor Manager dialog box.
Edit building structure, plane model
Locks the building structure for other users. This is necessary if you want to change the building structure or a plane model.
Insert predefined structural levels
Opens a window from which you can drag predefined structural levels to the building structure. Click this icon again to close the window.
Insert any structural levels
Opens a window from which you can drag any structural levels to the building structure. Click this icon again to close the window.
Assign drawing files
Opens a window from which you can drag drawing files to the building structure. This way, you can assign drawing files to structural levels. Drawing files that have already been assigned to a structural level (i.e. you cannot assign them again) are marked with ; drawing files that are in use are indicated by
. Positioning the cursor over a drawing file already assigned displays a ToolTip with information on the structural level to which this drawing file is assigned. You can use the shortcut menu to display the drawing file in the corresponding structural level. Furthermore, the shortcut menu provides additional options you can use to list all currently selected drawing files, all loaded drawing files and all assigned drawing files in a separate dialog box.
Import data again
Imports the status of the building structure you saved last in the Allplan_BIM_BuildingStructure.xml default file using Save.
Save
Saves the current status of the building structure in the Allplan_BIM_BuildingStructure.xml default file.
Settings
You can use this tool to make basic settings for the Open on a project-specific basis: drawing files from fileset/building structure dialog box. For more information, see Settings.

Mark locked drawing files, filesets on/off
Specifies whether locked drawing files and filesets (i.e. drawing files and filesets opened by another user) are marked with a symbol or not. The name of the user is displayed when you click Properties on the shortcut menu. This option is only available when workgroup is installed.
Update drawing file (shortcut menu)
Updates a reference drawing file that has been changed by another user.
