Creating reports in the building structure

To create a report in the building structure

1. Click Reports with the right mouse button, point to Insert structural level on the shortcut menu and click Report.
2. To select the source drawing files, double-click Report and select the relevant drawing files in the Select drawing file dialog box .
3. Specify which layers are to be taken into account. Click Report with the right mouse button, point to Layer setting, print set on the shortcut menu and select the desired setting in the Layer setting, print set dialog box.
4. To select a report, click Report with the right mouse button, point to Select report and setting on the shortcut menu and select a report in the Select Report and Settings dialog box.
5. Create the report by clicking Report with the right mouse button and selecting Output report on the shortcut menu.

Note: If you have selected too many drawing files, Allplan will load and analyze the drawing files separately for each level in the hierarchy. As a result, elements in drawing files belonging to a different hierarchic level may be ignored.
