To open the Select Report and Settings dialog box, select the Building structure tab, click a target drawing file for a report with the right mouse button in the Derived from building structure area and choose Select report and setting on the shortcut menu.
Report selection
You can select a report template.
Output
You can specify the file type you want to use for the report.
Destination folder
You can select the destination folder for the reports that are saved as files.
Directly start external program
Starts the program associated with the file type.
Note: If you have selected too many drawing files (128), Allplan will load and analyze the drawing files separately for each level in the hierarchy. As a result, elements in drawing files belonging to a different hierarchic level may be ignored. You will see an appropriate message.
