Multiply copy a certain pier to various positions

Depending on the type of definition of the pier to be copied which is automatically detected by the program, there are different respective input procedures. Moreover, when copying a pier, certain parameters can be modified, depending on the type of definition.

To multiply copy a pier to various positions

1. Click Multiple Copy / Pier.
2. Click the pier in the view window of the 3D model which you want to copy.
3. Optionally, edit the name via the Prefix and a number for the Postfix and the Postfix step of the pier in the opening window.

   Note: The name results from prefix & postfix, whereby the postfix is increased by the postfix step for all further names.

4. Choose via the selection box Variation in the same window, if the existing variations of the pier to be copied should be taken over for the copied piers.
5. Confirm the input with OK.
6. Depending on the type of definition of the pier to be copied, analogously proceed as described in Move starting from step 3:

   Pier at reference point

   Pier at station point

   Pier relative to axis

   Pier relative to two axes

   Pier relative to axis and reference point

7. Repeat step 6 to copy the selected pier once again, or quit the tool with ESC.
