You can use this tool to copy drawing files of version 2023, 2024 or 2025 from any folder to the external path, where they are automatically converted to current ALLPLAN documents.

To copy documents of any version to the external path

• Close ALLPLAN before using the Import documents of any version to "...\Users\Windows_user_name\Documents\Nemetschek\Allplan\2026\Extern" tool.

1. Open the Services application, select the File menu and click Restore documents of any version to '...\Users\Windows_user_name\Documents\Nemetschek\Allplan\2026\Extern‘.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Once this process is complete, the converted data is in the external path. You can then use ProjectPilot to copy or move the data to any project.
