Default settings (drop-down list)

You can use this tool to open a drop-down list with tools for defining office standards and default settings for your daily work with Allplan. In addition, you can open a dialog box in which you can define keyboard shortcuts for all Allplan tools.

Function		Use

	Options	You can use this tool to open the Options dialog box, where you can configure Allplan to suit your needs.
	Shortcuts	You can use this tool to open the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog box, in which you can define keyboard shortcuts for all Allplan tools or modify the predefined keyboard shortcuts. A shortcut key is a key combination by means of which a tool can be activated (for example, SHIFT+CTRL+DEL for Delete). You can even use the shortcut key to activate a tool when the icon of the tool is not on the Actionbar or toolbar or when the toolbar is hidden. Some shortcut keys are already defined by default. You can also define your own shortcut keys. Shortcut keys are displayed in the ToolTips that appear when you position the cursor over an icon. You can see a list with all predefined shortcuts by clicking - Shortcut Keys on the title bar on the right.
	Defaults	You can use this tool to open the Defaults dialog box, where you can define office standards for patterns, hatching styles, line styles, fonts and so on. You can also enter your office name and company address (for example, for layout labels).
	Customize User Interface	You can use this tool to open the Customize dialog box, where you can customize the toolbars and tools (if the configuration you use is not the Actionbar configuration), the palettes and the Actionbar (if you use the Actionbar configuration) to suit your needs.
