Retrieve overview of members involved in the project

Managing Allplan users and their access rights

As administrator of a Allplan workgroup you can acquire a detailed overview of project members for all projects that are being handled in the workgroup at any time. A change to the project properties, project assignment or permissions of individual project members can also be carried out here.

To open the overview of all project members in a workgroup

• The workgroup manager is licensed and selected (see "Select Workgroup Manager")
• You have administrator rights for the Allplan workgroup.

1. Click Project and Resource Administration (How).
   

   Activate Project and Resource Management in one of the following ways:

   • Menu bar: File

   • Keyboard: Ctrl+Shift+O

   • Title bar: Allplan icon
   • Title bar: Quick Access Toolbar
   • Shortcut menu: Hovering over the empty workspace Right mouse button

   The Allplan Exchange dialog box Project and Resource Administration dialog box opens.

2. In the left-hand toolbar, select the Workgroup Server project data path.
3. Right-click in the empty area of the project list and select Project members overview from the shortcut menu.

   The Project members overview dialog box opens.

4. Access the shortcut menu for projects if you wish to amend the project settings, project members, or the authorizations of such members.
