Manage locking information about projects

lock projects

How to unlock a lock on a project, drawing file or drawing

• The workgroup manager is licensed and selected (see "Select Workgroup Manager")
• You have administrator rights for the Allplan workgroup.

1. Click Project and Resource Administration (How).
   

   Activate Project and Resource Management in one of the following ways:

   • Menu bar: File

   • Keyboard: Ctrl+Shift+O

   • Title bar: Allplan icon
   • Title bar: Quick Access Toolbar
   • Shortcut menu: Hovering over the empty workspace Right mouse button

   The Allplan Exchange dialog box Project and Resource Administration dialog box opens.

2. Right-click a project and click Manage locking information in the shortcut menu.

   The Locking Info Administration dialog box opens.

3. In the left-hand column, select the project in question.
4. Right-click in the right-hand column on the locked file and then go to Remove locking information.
