lock projects

You can lock projects; in other words, protect projects from unauthorized intrusions. When you lock a project, you can enter a note. If workgroup users try to access a locked project, they get information about the name of the user who has locked the project in question, the date and this note.

Locked projects are shown accordingly:

• In the project table of the Project and Resource Management dialog box with .
• In the project tables of the Computer and Project Management Allplan dialog box with .

Note: You can manage this locking information as administrator of the workgroup.
