Catalogs for precast concrete elements
'General' tab
Created on:
Date the data record was created.
Last modified:
Date the data record was last changed.
Name:
User-defined name displayed in the design process and in the list box of the Wall reinforcement configuration.
Description:
User-defined name that can be included in labels for element plans or lists (not implemented yet).
Search criterion:
By entering a search criterion for reinforcement parameters during design, you can filter the reinforcement types. Consequently, you can narrow down the reinforcement types to those complying with the search criterion "M", for example.
Lattice girder arrangement:
Axis spacing:
Axis spacing for lattice girders.
Panel edge distance:
Standard edge distance to the longer leaf. The program usually uses this value. However, do not forget the values set for Edge distance to the shorter leaf and Edge distance to the longer leaf in the configurations for wall programs. These values are limits you must comply with. This is useful for corner connections involving thick wall elements.
Opening edge distance:
Edge distance to openings.
minimum opening height / minimum opening width:
Specify the minimum opening size so that the program places a lattice girder to the left and right of the opening. If an opening is smaller, the program ignores it when distributing lattice girders.
'Visible' tab

'Hidden' tab
The values you enter here apply
The following applies to both tabs:
as total: [cm² /m]
Cross-sectional area for all reinforcement. The program selects the reinforcement type based on this value, provided you reinforce using "as required". If you do not reinforce using the as-value but select the reinforcement type by name, you do not need to enter anything here. You can configure the program to calculate the cross-sectional area automatically. To do this, click the calculator symbol at the bottom. (The symbol is not available if the current data record has not changed).
Mesh:
Selection box of the mesh catalog.
The program automatically rotates the diagonals of the meshes in the hidden reinforcement layer.
as longit/transv.: [cm² /m]
Cross-sectional area of longitudinal or cross reinforcement. You can configure the program to calculate the cross-sectional area automatically. To do this, click the calculator symbol at the bottom. (The symbol is not available if the current data record has not changed).
Longitudinal bars:
Selection box of the diameter catalog. You can specify up to 2 longitudinal bar diameters (layers) for the reinforcement in a panel.
Cross bars:
Selection box of the diameter catalog. You can specify up to 2 cross bar diameters (layers) for the reinforcement in a panel. The first layer is mostly used for spacers (see NC generator configuration), the second to place the required amount of cross bar reinforcement.
Distribution:
Distances to or pattern of the bars; these values usually include the edge offset and distribution (e.g., 50,200*60 = 50mm edge offset, then 200mm up to 60 times). You can enter a reference letter for the placement mode (pattern): The formula fills a data entry field, which is limited to 200 entries. In other words, each layer can have up to 200 bars. If the formula exceeds 200 entries, the panel is not filled in its entirety. (For example: 30.50*199 places cross bars up to max. 9.98m (199*5 +3cm edge offset). A 10.5m long panel is too long).
N: (Normal): (does not have to be specified) start of placement from one side to the end of the panel.
S: (Symmetry): start of placement from middle outward to both sides.
E: (Edge): start of placement first from one side to the middle and then from the other side to the middle.
Z: number of bars between the lattice girders. The number must be less than 10.
U: number of bars under the lattice girders. The number must be less than 10 and entered as a negative value.
Use commas to separate the values.
The first number shows the edge offset or first offset; the other numbers indicate the spacing between axes. Enter * to multiply. You can also use parentheses.
You have to enter a total for the number of bars such that the maximum panel width or length can be fully covered. The number of repetitions is irrelevant; the program simply stops at the panel end.
'->Fact.' tab
Assignment of entries to factories.
The selected entry applies to the selected factories only. If no factory is selected, the entry applies to all factories.
