You can specify what name is proposed for the export file.
When exporting in batch mode, you can select the name of the first file freely. The setting you define here applies to the names of the following files (2 to n).
Use prefix
When you select this option, the file name is given the prefix DF_ or PLAN_.
For example: The drawing file 10 Floor Plan is given the name: DF_10_Floor Plan (when set to Number + name).
When used in conjunction with the 
Export PDF Data tool(Layout module), the Use prefix option has the following effect:
With unnamed layouts and the Use prefix option being active, the names of all PDF files are preceded by the prefix Plan, which is followed by the number of the layout. Otherwise, the layout number is used for the file name.
With named layouts and the Layout or drawing file number option being active, the layout name is used as the prefix, which is followed by the number of the layout.
Name of destination file
With unnamed layouts and drawing files, the file name is always based on the number of the layout or drawing file, regardless of the selected setting. Otherwise, the following applies:
Layout or drawing file number
With this setting, the file name is based on the number of the layout/drawing file.
For example: the drawing file 10 Floor Plan results in a file called 10.
Layout or drawing file name
With this setting, the file name is based on the name of the layout/drawing file. Please note that if some drawing files have the same name, it is not possible to create unique file names.
For example: the drawing file 10 Floor Plan results in a file called Floor Plan.
Layout or drawing file number and name
With this setting, the file name is based on the number and name of the layout or drawing file.
For example: the drawing file 10 Floor Plan results in a file called 10_Floor Plan.
