You can use this tool to move dimension lines in a parallel manner. This does not affect any reference points on components. In addition, you can resize the spacing between dimension lines belonging to a dimension line block and adjust the spacing between several dimension lines.
Important: If you move dimension lines using the 
Move tool, the reference points will move too, and the association between the dimension line and the geometry will be lost.
