Using attributes / Working with projects

The required project attributes vary from office to office. Allplan provides numerous predefined project attributes, which are available throughout your office. You can assign these project attributes to projects. Si necesita otros atributos de proyecto además de los predefinidos, puedes definir tus propios atributos de proyecto mediante el Administrador de atributos de Allplan (encontrarás más información en Definir tus propios atributos de proyecto mediante el administrador de atributos).

Tip: You can also assign project attributes in the Project Attributes dialog box, which you can access by means of the Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution or Layout and Project Attributes tool.

To assign attributes to projects

1. Click New Project, Open Project... (How).
   

   Activar Nuevo proyecto, Abrir proyecto de una de las siguientes formas:

   • Barra del menú: Archivo

   • Teclado: Ctrl+Shift+O

   • Barra de título: Barra de herramientas de acceso rápido
2. The New Project, Open Project dialog box opens. Right-click the project to which you want to assign attributes and click Properties on the shortcut menu.
3. The Project Settings dialog box opens. Click the Assign attributes... button.

   You can see the Project Attributes dialog box.

   Note: The left column displays all attributes that are available throughout the office.

4. Enter the values for the project attributes in the right column.

   Tip: You can also change attributes directly in the New Project, Open Project dialog box if the required attribute column is visible.
