You can specify the material of a component in the Qualities dialog box. In addition, you can select the Building alteration category: new building, as-built or demolition.

Tip: Open the shortcut menu in the Material column on the left and click Catalog assignment to select a different material catalog.

The material assignment depends on the current catalog and the selected qualities.

Procedure for katlg1:

• If several qualities are available, click in the desired line.
• To define a material or quality, select an entry or enter its name.
• To enter a new material in the library, click , then enter the name of the material.
• To remove an entry, select the entry and then click .
• To change an existing entry, select it and click . Entries you change in this manner are not saved and not added to the selection.
