Title bar

The title bar is on the top border of the Allplan application window.

Here, the current project, the current drawing or building structure and the active document are displayed in the center next to the Allplan version.

Click Allplan Symbol on the left to open important tools such as save, copy, import, and export. Right next to it is the Quick Access Toolbar, which contains frequently used functions. You can switch these functions on and off individually and sort their display order via Customize Quick Access Toolbar. Furthermore, you can show or hide the menu bar. Click Customize User Interface... to open the Customize dialog box.

In the right area of the title bar is the Login, which can be used centrally to log into Allplan web services (including Allplan Shop, Allplan Bimplus, Allplan Share). Via Allplan Status Page, you receive information about the status of the running Allplan web services or the associated homepages (e.g. Allplan Connect, the web portal BIMPLUS or the Allplan Bimplus cloud service required for the share).

Click Help to open the drop-down menu where you can open the Allplan Help and access information regarding data protection as well as obtain information about the Allplan version installed. Via Allplan on the WEB you can open Allplan Connect or go to the Allplan homepage instead. With Support Remote you start directly from Allplan a program for remote access (e.g. TeamViewer).

You can use Allplan Diagnostics and Settings to check the settings and performance of the hardware and software in relation to Allplan. In addition, you can check the connections to Allplan Share and Allplan Workgroup. This tool is primarily designed for finding causes of and solutions to performance problems. For example, you can use this tool while you are engaged in dialog with Technical Support.
