Format for layout border

If the Predefined layout border setting is selected in the input options, you can define the Format and Orientation of the layout border in the palette.

Select an entry in the Format list box; the values for Width and Height adapt automatically. If the Width or Height you enter does not match any entry in the list box, the name of the Format changes to [User-defined format]. If you have logged in as the administrator or as a user with administrator privileges, you can replace this entry with a name and thus define new formats for layout borders.

Tip: If you do not know the exact size of the border, you can also select one of the other settings in the input options and define the size of the border using the mouse.
