Tool	Use
	Label	You can use this tool to label any objects at any time. These objects include 2D elements (for example, polylines, circles, splines), surface elements (for example, hatching, 3D lines, 3D splines), boxes, all architectural elements, stairs, advanced elements, instances of smart symbols, and objects from the Attributes task area.
	Label Associatively	You can use this tool to label 3D elements of a view or section that updates automatically.
	Elevation Point	Puedes usar esta herramienta para definir las alturas de las aristas superiores e inferiores de cualquier elemento y marcarlas con un par de altitud.
	Place Document Info as a Label	You can place information on the current document as a label in the workspace.
	Component Number	You can use this tool to give a unique component number to architectural elements.
	Delete Component Number	You can use this tool to delete component numbers assigned to architectural elements.
	Replace Label Style	You can use this tool to replace one or more label styles of the same type with another label style or with an object label. Note: You can only replace label styles consisting of one foil or label styles whose foils can be selected together.
	Reports	You can use this tool to generate reports of architectural elements, objects and 3D solids with architectural attributes and engineering components. Reports can be sent to the printer and imported as PDF files. Reports are used for analyzing data in Allplan. They are saved as templates in RDLC format. Reports can be printed, placed as PDF files in documents and exported to Excel and other formats. You can change the layout of reports and save the result as a new template.
	Legend	You can use this tool to create legends for objects and architectural components. These legends will be derived from the selected drawing files or the NDW file and placed in the active document. Allplan considers all drawing files that are open in edit mode and all elements that are on modifiable layers unless you work with the drawing file filter or layer filter. Depending on the setting, Allplan automatically updates legends when you change the document.
	List Default Planes	You can define the height of architectural elements by entering values for the top and bottom levels relative to an imaginary pair of reference planes. This tool defines the position of these default reference planes. You can change the default planes in active documents in a single operation.
	Automatic Quantity Indicator on/off	You can use this tool to switch on Quantity Indicator (icon pressed in). When Quantity Indicator is on, the program analyzes all changes, displaying the changed quantities in Quantity Indicator, which will update automatically as soon as you change quantities.
	Update Quantity Indicator	You can use this tool to display Quantity Indicator and to update its contents. When quantity indicator is on, the program analyzes all changes, displaying the changed quantities in Quantity Indicator, which will update automatically as soon as you change quantities.
	Collision Check	You can use this tool to check whether selected 3D solids, general 3D objects (BREPs), 3D surfaces, architectural objects, SmartParts, smart symbols, fixtures, or bar reinforcement collide. The resulting collisions will be marked.
	Mark Critical Model Data	You can use this tool to find critical model data (3D solids and architectural elements) in the current document or drawing file or in all drawing files that are open in edit mode. Critical model data cause problems in animation, hidden line images, associative views and, above all, in sections.
