Deleting grid points

Tool(s): Grid Point

To delete a grid point

1. Click Grid Point (How).
   

   Activate Grid Point in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Rol Surroundings Tarea Terreno Grupo de herramientas Modelo del terreno

   • Menu bar: Change Terrain Digital Terrain Model

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Digital Terrain Model

2. Click Delete in the input options.
3. Select the grid points to be deleted.

Notes:

• Breaklines based on a grid point you delete will also be deleted.
• When the grid point you want to delete lies on a cutaway or an exterior boundary, the error message Line intersects special line is displayed and the tool will be canceled.
• In order to delete a grid point, there must be at least four grid points per DTM.
• If the grid points are in more than one DTM, the grid points will be deleted from all DTMs.
