Printer / Format / Print profile -> Current, As in layout

In the Printer, Format, and Print profile areas, specify whether you want to use the current setting for all layouts or the output device, page format, or print profile saved with each layout.

• Printer - Current
  All layouts will be printed to the output device that is selected for the current layout.
• Printer - As in layout
  Each layout will be printed to the output device that is saved in the layout. If the output device is not available, the layout will not be printed.
• Format - Current
  All layouts will be printed with the format and orientation that are selected for the current layout.
  
  If the page format defined in the layout is not within the printable area specified, the layout will not be printed.
• Format - As in layout
  Each layout will be printed with the format that is saved in the layout. The printable area of the output device is irrelevant.
  
  If the page format saved in the layout is not available as a paper format to the output device, the layout will not be printed.
• Print profile - Current
  All layouts will be printed with the print profile that is selected for the current layout. You can find the settings of the current print profile on the Print profile tab; however, you cannot change these settings.
• Print profile - As in layout
  Each layout will be printed with the print profile that is saved in the layout. You can temporarily change the settings on the Print profile tab; however, these changes apply to the current layout only.

In addition, you can use the following options to control multiple output.

Format - Similar format

Layouts will be printed even if the printable area specified (Format - Current setting) or the page format saved in the layout is not available as a paper format to the output device (Format - As in layout setting).

The program tries to find an identical paper format with a different name. If the program cannot find such a format, the program selects the next largest paper format. If the increase in the printable area is within the tolerance range specified as a percentage in the Options and this option is selected, the program uses this paper format.

Otherwise, the program does not print the layout in question, adding a note to the print log or test log.

Format - Orientation

Choose between portrait format and landscape format.

Print profile - Check output

When you select this option, the program checks the settings before printing, writing potential problems to a log file. You can thus solve these problems in advance. This ensures that multiple output is complete.

Print profile - Number of copies

Specify how many copies of the layouts you want to output.
