Stirrup cages, parameters

You can enter the following parameters for automatically creating and placing the stirrup cages in this dialog box:

You can make the following entries in the dialog line:

Number of bars
Copy or enter diameter
Bar spacing

Set the sectional format. This is taken into account in the calculation of the reinforcement quantity.

Enter the offset of the outer bars in the placement to the start and end points of the placement. The following options are provided:

- sets up the outer bars so that they are flush with the starting edge
- sets the outer bars at a distance you define from the starting edge
- sets up the outer bars so that the distance between and the starting and final edges is identical
- sets the outer bars at a distance you define from the final edge
- sets up the outer bars so that they are flush with the final edge
Offset to Starting Edge - defines the distance from the outer bars to the starting edge
Offset to Final Edge - defines the distance from the outer bars to the final edge

Click Layer depth to define the offset of the placement to the principal spatial plane. You can enter the value manually or use the layer depth in a view that is orthogonal to the reference view. To adopt the layer depth, click the layer in the corresponding view.

Click Switch Start Point to change the position of the stirrup ends with respect to the placing line.
