Area Reinforcement: Single Placement

Tool(s): Enter Area Reinforcement

To create area reinforcement using single placement

1. Click Enter Area Reinforcement (How). On the context toolbar, select Single Placement
   

   Activate Enter Area Reinforcement in one of the following ways

   • Actionbar:Role Engineering Task Reinforcement Task area Bar reinforcement

   • Menu bar: Create Engineering Bar Reinforcement

   • Palette: Tools Create area in the following module(s):

   Bar Reinforcement

2. If you work in Reinforce with 3D model mode, you need to select an existing view to which you want to add the single placement.

   Note: If views are not defined, you cannot create this placement.

3. Define the location of the placement in space so as to establish the relationship (distance) between the defined spatial plane and the placement (with Reinforce with 3D model only).
4. Click OK to confirm the settings.
5. Enter settings for the general placing parameters.
6. Place the bars presented in the preview.
