Allplan logging (trace)

You can choose to create a log file with messages issued by Allplan and write this log file to the allplan.out file in the home folder.

Write to "allplan.out" should be activated only briefly while engaging in dialog with technical support. This is for performance reasons.

The following settings are available:

• Turn off: Set by default.
• Write to "allplan.out": This option writes the program messages to the allplan.out file. You can find this file in the folder with your temporary CAD data. If you do not know the path to this folder, open the Services application - Service - Windows Explorer - My own temporary CAD data (TMP).
  You can read the allplan.out file using an editor, such as Windows Notepad.

Note: The alltrace hotline tool writes extended program messages to the allplan.out file.
