Subfolder: 51 Landscaping
Subfolder: 60 Drawing symbol regulations - Define the type of the legend:
- Select Associative legend of active document if the legend is to update immediately to reflect any changes you make to the document.
- Clear this option if you want the legend to display the current status of the document.
- You can place associative legends in the document at once.
Do the following to create a non-associative legend:- the elements you want to include.
Click
in the Input Options to find elements based on advanced criteria (e.g. material).
This tool works just like the
Find Elements tool. - Place the legend in the drawing file.
- You can edit associative legends using the shortcut menu. You have the following options:
- You can use the
Update Label tool to add any changes in the document or drawing file to the legend (for example, changes in the layer status). - You can change the page break within a legend by clicking in the workspace or entering a value in the dialog line.
- You can resize a legend by clicking in the workspace or entering a factor in the dialog line.
- You can resolve a legend into design entities. All elements get the same group number so that you can quickly and easily select and edit the exploded legend.
Note: The
Landscaping Legend uses the group names of the selected plant catalog (e.g. Bruns). You can modify the Bruns group names freely in Allplan. This way, you can control how the legend groups the plants.
