Support reinforcement

Placing by span is a form of area reinforcement (for other forms of area reinforcement, see the tool descriptions in the help for Allplan). A detailed example is provided in the manual.

Requirement: Method 1: 3D general arrangement drawing with views and sections Method 2: 2D general arrangement drawing with an auxiliary 3D solid Method 3: 2D general arrangement drawing
1	Method 1: 3D model on Method 2: 3D model on Method 3: 3D model off	Reinforce with 3D model option is on or off ( Options - Reinforcement page)
2	Click tool	Support Reinforcement
2a	With methods 1 and 2: In which view?	Click the view you want to assign to the support reinforcement
3	Click points
4	Modify the support area and define the layer depth and concrete cover at top
5	Set parameters
