You can specify whether a log file with messages issued by Allplan is to be written to the allplan.out file in the home folder.

Write to "allplan.out" should be activated only briefly while engaging in dialog with technical support. This is for performance reasons.

The following settings are available:

• Turn off: Default setting
• Write to "allplan.out": The program messages are written to the allplan.out file, which is saved in the folder that contains you your temporary CAD data. This is usually the ...\Users\Windows_user_name\AppData\Local\Nemetschek\Allplan\2014\Tmp folder.
  You can read the allplan.out file using an editor, such as Windows Notepad.

Note: The alltrace hotline tool writes extended program messages to the allplan.out file.
