Services application, Data Backup menu
Backup information is stored with the data during each backup process. The Information menu item reads and displays this data on the screen.
To display backup information
- In the Services application, click Data backup, Information.
- Choose between Overview or Full.
- Specify the type of backup on which you want to display information:
- Projects
- Office standard
- Private settings
- Any backup
- Select the relevant backup.
Information on the backup is displayed in the Services window.
When you have chosen Overview, the following information is provided:
- Program version
- Date and time of backup
- Backup type and tools used
- Project name (for project backups)
- Name of folder backed up (with or without subfolders)
- Name of backed up file
When you have chosen Full, the following information is provided:
- Program version
- Date and time of backup
- Environment variables
- Backup type and tools used
- Project name (for project backups)
- Name of folder backed up (with or without subfolders)
- Name of backed up file
- Names of all files contained in backup
- Size of all files in bytes
- Attributes of all files
- Most recent modification date
