You can use this tool to refresh the computers and projects displayed.
Add any computer to Allplan workgroup
You can add a computer to the Allplan workgroup.
Add online server
You can add an FTP server as an Allplan online server. After this, you can specify the properties of the online server.
New project
You can create a new project.
Remote projects
You can see all available workgroup servers and online servers and the projects on these servers. The shortcut menu provides a number of tools:

Auto-update
When you select this option, the computers displayed are updated automatically when there are changes. When this option is not selected, you can refresh the display manually using Update.
Check availability of computer (ping)
When you select this option, the system automatically checks whether a computer is available or not.
