Locking projects

You can lock projects; in other words, protect projects from unauthorized intrusions. When you lock a project, you can enter a note. If workgroup users try to access a locked project, they get information on the name of the user who has locked the project in question, the date and this note.

You can see which projects are locked – they are marked with a lock.
