Round-off value

There are six ways of defining the round-off value for the segment and bar lengths.

• When set to cm or mm, values are rounded as usual;
  i.e. 0-4: values are rounded down, 5-9: values are rounded up.
• When set to 5cm or 5mm, values are rounded down or up to the next 5mm or 5cm.
• When set to 5mm rnd up or 25mm rnd up, values are always rounded up.
