Bar cross-section catalogs

To enter and edit a bar cross-section catalog

1. Check the information displayed in the Cross-section catalog area and make any changes as necessary. You can enter/modify information in the following fields:
   • 1st - enter a name in the Label box
   • 2nd - enter a code for the Label (a number between 1 and 36)
   • 1st - enter the full name for the Steel grade
   • 2nd - enter the code for the Steel grade.
   • Yield strength to enter a value specifying the yield strength of the steel grade.
     
2. Check the information displayed in the Overview area and make changes, if necessary. The following parameters are provided:
   • # to delete the row.
   • Comment to enter a comment. This text can be used for the bar label instead of the diameter.
   • Diam. to enter the bar diameter.
   • Area [cm^2] to enter the cross-section area.
   • Weight [kg/m] to enter the bar weight per meter.
     
3. To modify the current reinforcing bar cross-section catalog, you can use the following options in the Functions area:
   • New to open dialog boxes where you can enter the comment, diameter, cross-section area and bar weight.
   • Edit to edit the information in the individual rows.
   • Delete to delete the entry after clicking its # column.
   • Output to create a subreport by selecting the required cross-section catalog after having created the overview of cross-section catalogs. The options provided for editing the subreport are the same as those provided for the main report.
     To return to the overview of all cross-section catalogs, click Back on the toolbar.
     

     To create a subreport for an individual cross-section catalog from the overview of all cross-section catalogs, click the required entry in the Name column in editing mode ( not selected).

     Click Back in the toolbar of the subreport to return to the overview of all cross-section catalogs.
