Modifying Mesh Dimensions

There are two ways in which you can modify the dimensions of a mesh:

• by entering the desired length or width manually or
• by clicking the edge of a component or the side of a mesh.
  

Note: The resulting new dimensions are limited by the following:

• the maximum dimensions for the active mesh type
• the minimum values as defined with Excess mesh placement limit.
  

  Example for the excess mesh placement limit

  Q524A l/b = 600/230 Overlap 50cm

  When the excess mesh placement limit is set to 0.20m no residual mesh is placed for the missing 10cm.
