Catalog selection

Tool(s): Creating a bridge or tunnel cross-section

Click Catalog Selection to open the Catalogs dialog box where you can select an entry from the available catalogs.

In addition, you can create new catalogs, modify the contents and name of existing ones and delete entire catalogs. Bear in mind, however, that you can modify only catalogs you created yourself.

To create a new catalog

1. Click Create new catalog.
2. Enter a name and description for the new catalog and click OK.
3. Select symbols in the Catalogs dialog box and click OK.
   You can select these symbols as you would in any Windows application.
4. Allplan is creating the new catalog.
   

To edit an existing catalog

1. Click the desired catalog.
2. Click Edit catalog entries.
3. Select symbols in the Catalogs dialog box and click OK.
   You can select these symbols as you would in any Windows application.
   

To delete an existing catalog

1. Click the desired catalog.
2. Click Delete catalog.
3. Click Yes at the confirmation prompt-
   

To rename an existing catalog

1. Click the desired catalog.
2. Click Rename catalog.
3. Enter a new name or description for the catalog and click OK.
