Data Type 45 (REB)

• Column-dependent integer format solution
• Data fields: DA , Pnt No. , X , Y , Z   (possibly in two rows)
• Misc.: The data type identifier 45 has to appear in the header line and at the start of the first record.
  The primary point number must not exceed 3 digits.
