To delete a grid point

1. Click Grid Point (How).
   

   Activate Grid Point in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Modify Terrain Digital Terrain Model

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Digital Terrain Model

   • Configuration: Landscaping/Urban Planning Digital Terrain Model flyout
2. Click Delete in the Input options.
3. Select the grid points to be deleted.

Notes:

• Breaklines based on a grid point you delete are also deleted.
• When the grid point you delete is located on a cutaway or an exterior boundary, the error message Line intersects special line is displayed and the function will terminate.
• In order to delete a grid point, there must be at least four grid points per DTM.
• If the grid points are in more than one DTM, all are affected by the deletion.
