Invoicing configuration entry

Configuration(s): Process Planning, Wall Programs: Lists/Schedules

'Single panel schedule' tab

Print single panel schedule:

Yes: lists all the selected elements.

No: does not list the selected elements.

Prompt: you can decide to create a single panel schedule or not.

Determine element area (general):

The calculation of the area of the wall elements can be set as follows:

Outline: the areas are calculated from the element shape.

Circumscribed rectangle (LxW): the panel areas are calculated from the enclosing rectangle.

Average (outline+rectangle): the areas are calculated from the mean value of the outline and the enclosing rectangle.

Prompt: you can specify whether the panel areas are calculated from the element shape, the enclosing rectangle or the mean value.

Calculation for double walls:

Calculation as above: the program uses the setting you made for Calculate element area (general) to calculate the area of double walls.

Larger leaf (LxW): the larger leaf of the double wall is calculated. The length multiplied by the width determines the area.

Average leaf (LxW): the mean value is calculated from shell area 1 and shell area 2. The length multiplied by the width determines the areas.

Larger leaf height x average width: largest element height x average width of the two leaves.

Prompt: you can specify which method you want to use.

Prompt cutting waste [%]:

Cutting waste for bar + stirrup reinforcement:

Cutting waste for girders:

Cutting waste for meshes + bent-up meshes:

The weight of the steel is increased by this factor (calculated as a percentage). When you have selected Yes for Prompt cutting waste, the program proposes the values for the cutting waste.

'Recesses' tab

Ignore recess area [m2]:

Recesses greater than this value are subtracted from the element area.

Prompt for ignore recess area:

You can set here if there are different threshold values of recess areas to be ignored. You will be prompted each time an invoice is created. If you enter 'No' here, then the fixed value entered in Ignore recess area is used.

Stagger recesses according to size:

Specify whether all recesses or recesses that are smaller than or equal to or larger than the recess area to be ignored are staggered.
Enter the individual limits for the recesses and specify the unit: m2 (area) or m (perimeter).

'Measure' tab

Measurement sheet:

Measurement sheet: list of quantities without prices.

Invoice: prices are included.

None: only the single panel schedule is output.

Prompt: the program prompts for the invoice type.

Bar list in measurement sheet according to:

Details: the various girder types, longitudinal, cross and additional bars are listed separately.

Bars: the girders and the bar reinforcement are listed separately.

Steel total: the steel total is summarized.

Detail+steel total: the various girder types, longitudinal, cross and additional bars are listed separately and the steel total is summarized.

Prompt: you can specify whether and how the bars are summarized.

Consider logistic flags at stirrup cages:

If you enable this option and you have created FF stirrup cages, the program only creates two marks per precast element for this additional reinforcement. The weight of steel is listed separately for stock items and special reinforcement.

Calculate lifting bolts:

no: the lifting bolts are not listed.

as lifting bolts: the weight of steel is given as lifting bolts.

as secondary bars: the weight of steel is given as additional bars.

per piece: the lifting bolts are listed as per item.

Limit height for fitted panels [m]:

Panels which are larger than the height defined are listed separately.

Limiting area I for fitted panels [m²]:

Elements with areas not exceeding this value are listed as fitted panels.

Limiting area II for fitted panels [m²]:

Elements with areas between that of fitted panels I and this value are listed as fitted panels II.

Standard thickness of DW leaf 1 / 2 [cm]:

Enter the standard thickness of the two leaves of the double wall.

Round thickness for additional concrete to:

Specify whether additional concrete is to be rounded to 0.5 cm or 1.0 cm.

Standard concrete grade of double wall:

Other concrete grades are listed as ”extra charge for concrete grade” (in m2 of wall).

'Invoice' tab

Print compilation list:

The sum of the individual wall elements, fitted panels and overall wall elements is calculated and output.

Add to invoice/quantities:

Yes: you can decide to add information to the invoice.

No: nothing is added to the invoice.

Customer-specific prompts: special customer-specific invoicing computation modes can be used. With these you can also program customer-specific lists.
Advantage: the standard invoicing form is retained; any additions you make are not lost when you update.

Discount prompt:

Yes: you can decide to grant a discount when the invoice is created.

No: a discount is not granted.

Rate of sales tax [%]:

You can enter a sales tax rate here.

Base value for consecutive invoice numbers:

The program stores the last-used invoice number for printing invoices numbered consecutively. You can change this entry as you need.

'Solid wall' tab

Calculate miter at solid wall:

Yes: the mitered joints are measured per linear meter (wall height).

No: miters are not measured.

Calculate starter bars:

Yes: the starter bars of solid walls are included in the weight of reinforcement and in the single panel schedule.

No: the starter bars are not included in the weight of reinforcement and not in the single panel schedule.

Starter bars weight separately:

Yes: the weight of the starter bars is listed separately.

No: the weight of the starter bars is simply added to the weight of the additional bars.

Calculate steel loop bars:

Yes: the steel loop bars are counted per piece.

No: the steel loop bars are not counted.
