Hollow blocks configuration entry

Plan display

Display type:

Specify how hollow blocks are displayed in plan view. The following options are available:

• No view
• Indicate web edge
• Indicate cutting edge
• Axis
• Web edge
• Cutting edge

Note: The web edges represent the outermost boundary lines of hollow blocks.
The cutting edges are calculated from the minimum offsets specified in the panel type catalogs.

Display attributes:

Enter the required attributes as follows:
L=..., P=..., C=...
If you do not enter values, the defaults are used.

Display in element plan and edit element tool

Display in plan view:

Specify how hollow blocks are displayed in plan view of the 3-pane view. The following options are available:

• No view
• Indicate web edge
• Indicate cutting edge
• Axis
• Web edge
• Cutting edge
• Exact
  If necessary, use the docsize hotline tool in the Services application to increase the amount of memory reserved for documents to 256 MB maximum (depending on your hardware) as 3D views involve large volumes of data.

Note: The web edges represent the outermost boundary lines of hollow blocks.
The cutting edges are calculated from the minimum offsets specified in the panel type catalogs.

Display in front elevation / side elevation:

Specify how hollow blocks are displayed in front elevation and side elevation of the 3-pane view. The following options are available:

• No view
• Simplified (only for front elevation)
• Exact (see note above)

Display attributes:

Enter the required attributes as follows:
L=..., P=..., C=...
If you do not enter values, the defaults are used.
