Labeling configuration entry

When you select the AsVorh, AsVorhQ, AsOVorh, AsOVorhQ, GStk, LStk.., QStk.., LAbs.. and QAbs.. reinforcement variables, the longitudinal bars, cross bars and lattice girders are always calculated from the enclosing rectangle of the element! In the case of panels and/or recesses of irregular geometry, individual longitudinal bars, cross bars and lattice girders of the basic reinforcement may be excluded! This is ignored when the text is created!
