Reinforcement types configuration entry

Configuration(s): Half floor: entry + Concrete slab: entry

Criteria for the entry of a reinforcement type.

Editing the type catalog:

All: the program searches for a reinforcement type through all the types contained in the catalog.

Ascending: the catalog is searched in ascending order. The first reinforcement type that satisfies the required as-value is placed. This method is considerably quicker but requires the catalog to be sorted in accordance with 'as'.

Start editing with type / Finish editing with type:

These two values set the limits for the reinforcement type search range. This allows you to exclude seldom used or special reinforcement types from the search and only activate them required.

Attention! If you extend the reinforcement type catalog, you should not forget to change the type search limits appropriately.

Search criteria for reinforcement types:

The search criterion specified here is used as the default for selecting reinforcement types. It can be altered for a particular project in the reinforcement parameters.

Use mesh 2 in type catalog / longitudinal bar dm 2 / longitudinal bar dm 3 / cross bar dm 2: (half floor only)

Select the check boxes to load the relevant reinforcement elements from the reinforcement type catalog.

Percentage of transverse reinforcement used for longitudinal reinforcement:

This setting indicates the percentage of the transverse reinforcement included in longitudinal reinforcement.
The default setting is 20%. The program neither checks nor calculates the transverse reinforcement. It simply uses the transverse reinforcement from the type catalog.
