Module(s): Catalogs
'General' tab
Created on:
Date of creation of the data record.
Last modified:
The most recent modification date.
Name:
User-defined name for the mesh.
ID Number:
Some control systems require this reference number. The number is user-definable, but it must be unique.
Material number:
The external list generator can analyze material numbers as article numbers (for commercial interfaces).
Delivery time:
Delivery time in days. Some control systems require this for stock control.
Job lot:
Packaging unit size. Some control systems require this for stock control.
Manufacturer's data:
Full name of manufacturer. Some control systems require this for stock control.
'Mesh data' tab
Length:
Length of the mesh in [m].
Width:
Width of the mesh in [m].
Height:
Height of the mesh in [m]. This is used for automatic panel thickness calculations. In current version it has no function.
Longitudinal overlap:
Longitudinal overlap used for calculating the amount of mesh.
Transverse overlap:
Transverse overlap used for calculating the amount of mesh.
Weight:
Weight per m2 in [kg] used for calculating the weight in the billing quantities.
Longitudinal bar diameter:
Diameter of the longitudinal bars in [mm]. This is used to calculate the anchorage lengths. In current version it has no function.
Cross bar diameter:
Diameter of the cross bars in [mm]. This is used to calculate the anchorage lengths. In current version it has no function.
as value longit.:
Cross sectional area [cm²/m] of the longitudinal bar diameter. This is used to calculate the as-Values in the reinforcement type catalog.
as value cross:
Cross sectional area [cm²/m] of the cross bar diameter. This is used to calculate the as-Values in the reinforcement type catalog.
Useable for:
bottom layer, top layer (check boxes)
Specify where the mesh can be used.
Insertion mode:
manual/automatic (radio buttons)
The meshes have a code that can show whether or not e.g., they can be produced automatically by a robot or manually. Some control systems can recognize this code.
This setting is only required and analyzed by the IF generator on the BFT menu.
'->Fact.' tab
Assignment of the individual entries to the relevant factories.
The selected entry is applicable to the selected factories. If no factory is selected, the entry is valid for all the factories.
