Compressor

You can see and select the compression method for the video file.

The compression methods that are actually available to you depend on the system programs installed on your computer.

We recommend Microsoft Video 1 (low compression, high quality) and Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V2 (high compression, low quality).

Other codecs require a certain resolution (e.g. 640 x 480), or restrictions apply, or there is a loss of quality.

Some codecs cannot process large images (the bitmap size must not exceed 320*240 or 640*480). Larger sizes lead to error messages.

Please consult the manufacturer of the selected codecs or use a different compression method.

We recommend the following compression methods: Microsoft Video 1 (low compression, high quality) and Microsoft MPEG-4 Video Codec V2 (high compression, low quality).

Compression quality

The higher the compression quality, the smaller the file, but the longer the calculation will take.

Number of frames after which Allplan interpolates.

Opens a dialog box where you can set more options for video compression.
