To stack automatically

1. Click in the toolbar or on the Edit menu to define the direction in which to stack. You can use the Edit menu to specify whether to Stack from bottom to top or to Stack from top to bottom.

   Note: With the second option, the Check levels option is disabled automatically; in other words, there is no check on the width or length of the stack.

2. Click Stack Automatically in the toolbar or on the Edit menu.
3. Check the Truck box if you want to create stacks for trucks. Then select a truck you have defined in the Truck catalog and enter its maximum weight and loading length and define the space between the individual stacks.
   If the truck's maximum weight or loading length is smaller than the maximum weight or loading length of the stacks, automatic stacking is not possible.
4. Select a rack type for slab and wall elements, and change the parameters if necessary (max. stack length, width, weight etc.). You can predefine these values in the Stack catalog in the Catalogs.
   

   Stack parameters

   Max. length

   Maximum stack length. Set this value to the maximum element length that can be produced.
   If the length of a stack exceeds the maximum load length of the truck, a separate stack is created when you work in manual mode. Automatic stacking is not possible.

   Max. width

   Maximum stack width. Set this value to the maximum element width (or height in the case of wall elements) that can be produced.

   Max. weight

   Maximum stack weight. If the weight is exceeded, the program issues a relevant message. A new stack is created when you work in automatic mode.
   If the weight of a stack exceeds the maximum weight of the truck, a separate stack is created when you work in manual mode. Automatic stacking is not possible.

   Gap

   Clearance for panels 'side by side' or 'one after the other'.

   Unload meth: Tilt

   A code used for wall elements, which can be recognized by most control systems. When this option is not enabled, the Flat unload method is used.

   Max. height

   Maximum stack height.

   Max. number of stack levels

   If the number of stack levels is exceeded, the program will issue an appropriate message. A new stack is created when you work in automatic mode.

   Max. permitted Al

   Maximum overlap of elements in the longitudinal direction of the stack.

   Max. permitted Aq

   Maximum overlap of elements in the transverse direction of the stack.

5. To specify the direction in which the elements are transferred to the individual stacks, click a slab placement in plan view.
6. Click Define sequence... to specify additional criteria:
   • Click Slab placing polygons to define the sequence in which the individual slab placements are processed. Click the slab placements to define the sequence.
   • Click Slabs in polygon to define the sequence in which the individual slab elements within a placement are processed. Click a slab placement and then click the individual elements to define the sequence.
   • Click All slabs to define the sequence in which all slab elements are processed. Click the elements to define the sequence.
   • Click All walls to define the sequence in which all wall elements are processed. Click the elements to define the sequence.

     Note: If you click a previously clicked element, it is assigned the current number. This moves the element to the end. The program automatically updates the numbers of the other elements without altering the sequence.
     When you click a new element, the number is incremented, if possible.

7. Click OK to confirm the settings. The program opens the Automatic Stacking Settings dialog box, where you can make more settings.
8. You can select separate placing numbers for slabs and walls and specify whether the program is to stop after each full stack so that you can change the Stack parameters.
9. Click OK to confirm the settings. The stacks are created automatically.
   You can change the parameters (max. stack length, width, weight etc.) for each new stack and specify a new truck if the maximum weight or loading length of the current truck is exceeded. Then click OK to confirm or click Cancel to quit.

   Note: Standard panels cannot be placed on fitted panels. As a result, fitted panels are always at the top of a stack.
