Define static system

To define the static system

1. Click Define Static System in the Static Calculation Context toolbar.
2. Click the panel for which you wish to define a static system.
3. In the Input options, select between Stress (static system in direction of span) and Perp (static system perpendicular to direction of span - e.g., for balcony slabs, which are longer than they are wide, but can be made in one piece as a rotated panel in the longer direction).
4. Use the left mouse button to click on the start and end points of the continuous span in the workspace.
5. The program displays the static system graphically.
