View Type list box (viewport toolbar)

You can use the Hidden rendering method to move around a hidden line representation in real time. The only drawback is that all Allplan line types appear as continuous lines. Colors are displayed correctly.

The predefined Hidden view type is based on this rendering method.

Parameters

Name

You can change the name of the view type.

Rendering method

Hidden (cannot be changed for the predefined Hidden view type)

Settings

Hidden line image

Remove adjacent edges

Only if Hidden line image is set to Existing edges

Specify whether you want the program to merge adjoining surfaces in order to make curves appear smoother.

Angle

Only if Hidden line image is set to Existing edges and Remove adjacent edges is active

Specify an angle up to which surfaces are merged in order to make curves appear smoother. Setting a larger angle causes curves to appear as a silhouette.
