Assignment: component layer -> surface element layer for export

Using the Assignment: component layer -> surface element layer for export dialog box, you can assign component layers to surface element layers. Clicking the header of a column sorts the entries in the corresponding column in ascending or descending order.

To make assignments

1. Select the layers for which you want to define a separate surface element layer and click Assign surface element layer on the shortcut menu.
2. Select the required layer and click OK or double-click the layer.

To remove assignments

• Select the layers for which you want to remove the assignment and click Remove assignment on the shortcut menu. To remove all assignments, click Off, empty, clean.
