Properties for Text with Numbering

Use this to copy the format from an existing text. Every figure in this text is replaced by the ”$” placeholder.

Format

Use this to define the format for the numbering. You can enter any text; ”$” acts as a placeholder and when you place the text, this placeholder is replaced by the value you have entered in Start at. Every time you place the text, the program automatically increments the number by the value you have specified in Increment. You can enter up to 36 characters (including ”$”).

Result

This is where the text is displayed.

Use this to copy the start number from an existing text. The system scans this text and uses the first number it finds as the start number.

Start at

This is where you enter the start value for the text to be numbered. You can enter values between -99999999 and +99999999.

Increment

This is where you enter the value by which the program automatically increments the number. You can also enter negative values.
