Removing documents from a layout window and layout

To remove documents from a layout window and layout

1. Click Modify Layout Window (How).
   

   Activate Modify Layout Window in one of the following ways

   • Menu bar: Change Layout

   • Palette: Tools Change area in the following module(s):

   Layout

2. Click List, edit layout window elements and select a layout window.
3. Click a column head to sort the layout elements in the column by different types of information.
   

   Allplan displays the following information. You can modify some data.

   • Drawing file number or number of the NDW file and document type
   • Drawing file name or path of the NDW file
   • Associated layout window
   • Scale and angle used for placing the elements in the layout
   • Print set and drawing type
   • Font factor
   • Definition of superordinate pen, line, color and fills.
   • Display of surface elements
   • Text direction

   This disables the Sequence as in layout option.

4. Select the document(s) you want to remove by clicking an entry in the first three columns.

   Use the SHIFT key to select a range of adjacent layout elements; use the CTRL key to select a series of non-adjacent layout elements.

5. Remove the document(s) from the list in one of the following ways:
   • Press the Delete key at the keyboard.
   • Click the Remove button near the bottom of the dialog box.
   • Click a selected element with the right mouse button and select Remove on the shortcut menu.
6. Click OK to remove the documents from the layout window and layout.
