Creating a new project as a copy

Using New project as a copy, you can create a new project as a copy of an existing project.

To create a new project as a copy

1. Start ProjectPilot.
   

   • Click ProjectPilot on the File menu.

     Or:

     Press CTRL+R.

   Note: You cannot make any entries in Allplan while ProjectPilot is open.

   Or:

   In Allplan open the File menu and click New Project, Open Project.

2. Right-click the project you want to copy and choose Copy to on the shortcut menu.

   Or:

   In the New Project, Open Project dialog box, click Copy to.

3. Enter a name for the new project.
4. To copy the project to a different computer, select the computer where you want to copy the project in the list box.
5. Click OK to confirm.
