Background information:
Internally, Allplan elements are always saved in mm. In DWG/DXF files, however, the elements can be stored in any unit.
Depending on whether your colleague is using m, cm or mm, they will enter 1.0, 100.0 or 1000.0 when drawing a one-meter line.
As the file only contains numbers without indicating the unit, it is impossible for the program to automatically select an appropriate unit.
