How to open the Allplan Exchange dialog box

Sending layouts and other files using Allplan Exchange (how to)

You can define distribution lists and contact lists using Allplan Exchange dialog box. In addition, you can define the layout attributes and project attributes for the current project.

To open the "Allplan Exchange" dialog box

• Allplan is running.

1. Switch to the Layout module.

   Click Layout Editor on the File menu.

   Or:

   On the Default toolbar, click Layout Editor.

2. On the Create menu, point to Layout and click Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution.

   Or:

   Click Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution in the Tools palette (Basic family - Layout module - Create area).

   Or:

   On the Basic Tools toolbar, open the Layout flyout in the Change area and click Allplan Exchange Layout Distribution.

   Allplan Exchange dialog box opens.
